Executive Coaching

Leaders are and will continue to be engaging in complex conversations, and it’s important to navigate them honestly, gracefully, and empathetically. We help leaders understand the effect of their words, strategies, and business on the larger community both publicly and within their organization to help them construct and sustain socially conscious brands.

Team Workshops

We are trained intersectional feminist teachers who design and deliver gender and race competency workshops for executives and teams. We tailor curriculum and training on addressing unconscious bias and social justice competencies to help you understand, lead, and manage change initiatives that foster an organizational culture of inclusion, one in which all the members of your team have equitable opportunities to contribute, succeed, and grow. Our programs range from 90-minutes to 3-day workshops, and the curriculum is customized for each team’s individual needs.

Event Consultation

Events - both in-person and increasingly virtual - are a key part of how organizations share their expertise with the world, drive new business opportunities, and recruit top talent. But there is a lot to think about that goes beyond microphones and catering to make sure you are creating a socially conscious and inclusive event. Are your speakers representative of your audience? Are there authentic voices being amplified, or unconsciously suppressed? Can people with different abilities see, hear, participate in, and attend as well as fully-participate in your event? Is promotional language for your event inclusive and accessible? We help guide both new and experienced managers through all of these considerations.

Reputational Risk Management

Companies and individuals are increasingly being scrutinized for saying the wrong things at the wrong time, touting outdated or insensitive messaging, or failing to practice what they preach. Seemingly innocuous missteps may lead to outsized implications.

From brand boycotts to executives stepping down, the risks of poor reputation management are too high to bear. We help keep missions and brands on track and upholding social justice best practices both internally and externally, consistently ensuring brand health and identifying potential risks before they manifest themselves in undesired negative outcomes. Our assessments scan for markers such as organizational actions that are inconsistent with identified priorities and values, inclusion and diversity policies and practices in the workplace, equity policies and programs, employee resources, and outdated messaging in rapidly evolving and complex conversations.
